Enthused by a break in the rain, I'm having BBQ'd duck legs with a raspberry and chipotle dressing.  Probably mash and green veg.

Slow cooked leg lamb stew Ugandan style, however, without wrapping it in Banana leaves and putting it in a covered smoldering hole in the ground for a few hours. Served with Basmati Rice, cooked in the normal style.
