A Blackburn Luton draw would be the ideal result. Keeps them with something to play with on the final day at Millwall.

If Blackburn win at Luton then we would need Millwall v Blackburn to be a draw.

If Blackburn draw or lose at Luton we would need Millwall to fail to beat them on the last day.

Coventry aren't quite over the line either. If they lost 3-0 and we won 2-0 (or vice-versa), we would finish above them. Unlikely, but far from impossible.
