I encountered that stuff when I was filming the only TV show I've been on, last day and i was feeling shyte, one of the runners said to try and it and it worked. If i'm feeling under the weather (and I remember) then I'll pop one, usually perks me right up. that said, only brand ones work just as well and are far cheaper!
