ST renewal-help needed !!

Did mine yesterday. Simple, log into your profile and the option to renew appears. You do have to click the appropriate ticket from the drop down option, buts that easy. Not really sure why a child ticker doesn’t prove as one as they know the age, but that’s a minor irritant.

Also bought the testimonial tickets which was straight forward too.

That’s what I did as well, can’t be bothered with all the logging in stuff. Spoke to a very pleasant lady, she sorted it quickly and let me pay the ‘internet price’.
