Dogma or pragmatism?

I despair at times when we seem to play a set way, just because “this is what we’re trying to build”.

It’s obvious to see that teams turn up to frustrate us with a high press and are happy with us in possession. I said before the game on here that Sheffield would play 5-4-1, with a high press that’s effectively became a 5-2-3. We need to play a game that bypasses the midfield, we have the runners that can get behind. We need to surrender possession at home, switch to 4-4-2 and try to keep our wingers out wide to receive the ball and run.

I don’t think we’re making automatic places for the reason we’re pursuing dogma over pragmatism at home.

Say what you want,  all I know is we're not winning at home any more and BD needs to find out how we turn this around.

If our home results matched our away we'd be about 20 points clear!
