don't think you can blame the defeat on the substitutions - although saying that the two goals came directly after our subs - we simply don't have anyone on the bench to make any impact on a game other than negatively. We lost because of individual errors today, and as said on other threads I would give Bond a chance in goal only seen him play once last week but seems to command his area far better than Johnston who lets face it is as quiet as a mouse.
Rakeem the only positive today - and hopefully the other loanees make more of an impact than Murphy in his 20 minute cameo. what odds promotion and FA cup double again? |
