What happens when he's kept fit and motivated.

He's one of our top players on his game with a manager who can get it out of him.

He seems to have a purple patch every season.

He had a decent run of games, he usually takes a fair while to get going.

Question is when he gets injured again do we bother bringing him back in for the rest of the season?

The whole team looks far fitter. It does show how inept Bilic really was!

The warning signs were showing after lockdown. We were lucky to get promoted in the end.

Wasn't convinced about Allardyce early on but we're looking a really good side now so credit to him.

I’ve given him plenty of digs on here, so will praise big Sam here.

He’s transformed Matty.

Problem with Phillips has always been that he looks excellent for 5-6 games, picks up an injury and is out for a while, then takes at least ten games to get back up to scratch.

Morrison was similar in his later years.

Phillips not being played at left wing-back has helped.

Well. If that doesn't earn Johnstone an England call up I don't know what will. Big Grin
