Today’s lunch

Thai yellow curry soup made from last nights left overs from the said Thai curry.  Yummy and very warming at the midway point of my 24 mile walk.

Those of you who are overweight should use the current Covid situation to your advantage and get out and lose weight and get fit.  Will never be a better time with restaurants and bars closed or restricted to same households etc (depending on what tier you are in).

First lockdown i did well in, lost around 3/4 stone... this one having a job again now means I can't get out and am eating shyte, so have put on all what I lost + a few....

I’ve been fluctuating all year based on whether I can go to the gym, the pub, both or neither Big Grin

I think I’ll probably come out of December flat with where I was in Jan Big Grin
