Ah.. Corfu..stayed there for a week back in 1975 - we were able to hire a scooter for the day - some amazing villages up in the hills...the local drink for me was retsina and the greek brandy - spent one night in the rose bushes outside the ferry terminal making sure we got the ferry to Brindisi..

How much was your test before you flew out?

£185

With heavy heart we sacked off our trip for the half-term week as it was going to be another £700 for us to get the tests done (we'd only booked flights, no accommodation).

It can make a cheapish holiday an expensive one, my little ones are both under 11 so they didn’t need one. Just had to get me and the mrs done. Although at times this last 2 weeks I wish I’d of left her at home lol.

That’s why I’ve come on my own big fella. But luckily you don’t need any tests for Corfu. But the Greek form, well that’s another story..

I have, stopped there earlier this week as part of my tour going everywhere. It’s ok, but not how it was back in the day. Everything is starting to close down now. The hotel I was in Sadari, was shutting after I left - not even any orange juice at breakfast. I’m in Dassia at the moment and my hotel shuts in a weeks time.

No, because as quick as they all came (not literally, or maybe so), they left.

One minute a town full of ugly lesbians, then none.
