So where was he meant to speak to the ref, bearing in mind that Albion dressing room was in the car park, at the opposite end to the tunnel?

Goodison Park has changing rooms on opposite sides of the pitch and the away side has to walk across the pitch. The prefab that is being used is in the car park behind so the exit is across the pitch.
This 'not go on the pitch' bollocks just shows people up for sticking to a viewpoint with no idea of the circumstances.

Hodgson went on the pitch at the end of the game tonight and spoke to the referee (all that Slav did) so where was his red card?

Once Slav receives the red card, he walks off in the opposite direction to Dean. That’s because that’s where Albion were situated. He doesn’t approach Dean, he passes him on the pitch to get where he needs to be. He doesn’t go on to the pitch to chase Dean, then follow him down the tunnel. He’s merely demonstrating in passing.

The card should be rescinded.

Dean, Moss, Twatkinson, Pawson, Friend, Mason (how does he still get up and down the pitch?)

Maybe we should get some foreign top CL refs on the payroll

Don't forget Scott!!

Mike Dean is a cunt.

However managers aren't supposed to argue with the ref at all. Knowing Dean is a cunt, in a stadium where everyone else us wearing masks, he goes up and starts yelling in his face. What was he expecting?

Card is technically correct, only Dean is that much of a cunt, but he is.
