You have to fear for Bournemouth.

Rookie manager, Ageing established Prem squad, Jones as Asst Manager. Sounds familiar?

Every team he has been involved with seems to improve when he leaves.

I'm not surprised at all. He's not stupid. He's going in as No2 to a rookie manager with a decent squad and budget in the chump. 

He will go there knowing full well he can engineer a move to No1 if it goes tits up. 

I have absolutely no doubt he will try and influence Tindell to start fannying about at the back. I'm certainly going to cross them off my promotion acca now.
