Team v Fulham

Not sure what planet you're on. If a decent striker like Mitrovic maybe was playing in our team they would have scored 30 by now.

Look at the career league stats properly

Mitrovic 278 played 117 goals
Kanu. 336 played 51 goals
Austin. 417 played 216 goals was a machine when younger at the lower level

Goal per minutes for Kanu is like recording my best 100m sprint to 2 decimal places. Fooking pointless.

Any way shape of a decent striker in our team this year like a Pukki or a Jimenez and we'd be promoted already by a country mile

If Charlie had consistently played well he’d have 3000+ minutes to his name. He’s simply not up to it so the argument of a good striker to score 20 plus goals still stands.

Has anyone got a stat on conversion of chances? I suspect our goal ratio to chances create isn’t great. Although according to the stats from yesterday’s game we only had 1 clear cut chance and Blackburn had 3! So don’t believe everything you read.

Let’s be honest - Charlie is a poor man’s SuperKev.

That's the team I'd choose as well. Krov could do the role Sawyers has been given, and perhaps with more ability to make telling passes and more appetite to link play when we're in attack.

No way Bilić “drops” Sawyers tomorrow.

Our Pirlo/Modric starts tomorrow.

After seeing out strikers miss many a chance and struggle to keep up on the counter attacks, I'd be half tempted to play Robinson up front.

The rest of the team kind of picks itself.

Was thinking similar. But he's not quick and not great at holding the ball up.
