Looking at the interviews the BLM founders self identify as 'trained Marxists' but in the same paragraph of that interview they also say that isn't the point of BLM. they say: "And I think that what we really tried to do is build a movement that could be utilized by many, many black folk. We don’t necessarily want to be the vanguard of this movement. I think we’ve tried to put out a political frame that’s about centering who we think are the most vulnerable amongst the black community, to really fight for all of our lives."

It seems a bit lazy to call the whole movement Marxist when they are saying that they have not wanted to be leading the movement in that direction. They are looking to create a movement that represents and supports.

Maybe you can point out any actual Marxist actions or mandates that the movement are following, or is it easier to say that they mentioned they had a Marxist background once in 2015 and therefore the whole BLM can be 'project feared' to keep it in it's place.
