Then why not? We can't hold back the reopening of society for a tiny minority who for whatever reason cannot or will not receive a vaccination.
If you're seriously that 'vulnerable' then I doubt you're going to rock up in the pub next to me, sit next to me at the Albion, bump into me whilst buying some lovely fresh British strawberries at Sainsburys in Canley, roll around on the grass with me at Moseley Funk Festival or pack into a commuter train into London with me.
My Mum had Stage 4 cancer for 6 years before her death last May. All through her illness she was medically vulnerable but never let it compromised her freedom or anybody else's. In many ways I'm glad she didn't have to live through the last year, as she'd have hated the restrictions put on her life and everyone else's. I'm a product of that mindset, like I say make your own mind up on what you do, but after almost 18 months of this shit and largely doing what I'm told I've had it, I'm out. Out out.
