Yes know what you mean bud, I've supported us for 46yrs and no matter who is in charge or who plays for us we have a almost unique ability to shoot ourselves in both feet just at the pivotal moment,,,, oh the joys of being a baggie Rolleyes

All the best Brentford. Your diving antics will be scrutinised by VAR. Seriously they're a well run club but will be back in the 2nd tier soon enough.

they invested heavily bye there own standards 10 years ago on a scouting network  especially on a local basis
they not only had a scout for there local teams they had a scout at every venue for grass roots on a saturday and sunday football. in there local area and other areas
They new they could not grow by spending as they did not have that level of spending to grow
they now await premnier football 10 years later and that is what you call along term plan.
