Genuine question apart from the sentimental value is there any benefit to being a shareholder? Didn't they all get shat in by JP a while back?

We most certainly did.

The remaining shareholders were miffed that Lai didnt offer to buy theirs as well.

I think Prag will confirm if Lai acquires more than 90% he then has to make an offer to the remaining shareholders.
