Another harsh one. V few defeats in 16 months - but a fair few draws

Wonder if that’s the sort of job TTITC goes for

Feels very harsh as Strendel did a cracking job getting them up last season before seeing all his best players sold this summer and very little spent to replace them.

Charlton's massive over-achievement so far probably clouding their sanity a bit.

They have some very wealthy owners now failure is not on the agenda.

But they appear to be similar to the wealthy owner we have in that they want immediate success but without the willingness to invest.

Apparently turning a profit and selling players more important than what's going on on the field for them
Is n't "their model" based on Monetballs***t?

To be fair, if it's not harsh to sack Big Dave when we're fourth in the league then it can't be considered harsh to sack Jack Ross.

The disparity between the players at Sunderland and the rest of the league both last season and this season was far greater than ours in the champ last season.

Definitely potential for Pulis there IMO

On paper it’s harsh, but main concern seems to be lessons from last season haven’t been learned and they’d rather take the punt a new man can turn the draws into wins whilst there’s plenty of time to go.

Not sure it’s one for TTITC... he’s holding out for Stoke... Sunderland don’t have any money, and he’d have to win games!

Reading expected to sack Gomes later this week too.

Gomes sacked at Reading today. Mark Hughes favourite apparently
