Why do people struggle with what is a fairly simple concept?

The point is that there was a hell of a player in there who due to his youth couldn't get into Arse's first team. He should've gone somewhere like Bouremouth because TTWTC was never going to bring him on.
Pulis is a ios version 1.0 manager who can't run the modern day version of the game
