It will take years to sort Scotland out. You need the right infrastructure in coaching kids. If they get it right now and restructure at grassroots, they won't see any benefits for a decade or so.

Agreed he inherited a mess, but the team he picked against Belgium was awful. 

Not keen on McGinn because of who he plays for but to drop him & McBurrnie and play Matty Phillips as a lone striker was all a bit weird.
