If the EFL forgets it, then Promotion and Relegation is truly a thing of the past. We will find our natural order in the hierarchy. Did JRP suggest mid-table Chump for us??

It seems a bit pointless to me if clubs are able to manipulate it so consistently.

The clue is in the name isn't it "Financial FAIR PLAY".

I seem to remember hearing something about clubs being expected to act "in the spirit of" fair play. I could be wrong.

Not much evidence of that is there?

The only thing SR has not commented on, is whether he thinks that Wolves breached FFP last year on their way up? Does this mean that if you spunk millions on players, and achieve promotion then you are "bomb-proof"??
