There must be dozens of staff and MPs that are bricking it about any photos coming out. This is why it would have been better for them to come clean right from the off, say it was just teams of people that were working together anyway and having some nibbles and a beer at the end of a hard year. This "I wasn't aware of any parties" line will mean photos will be dripped out by the press over the next few weeks and stink the house out for Downing Street.
