Steve Gibson not happy with the Vile (and a few others)

The problem the EFL will have is that a number of its likelier longer term members are the ones it is most pissing off. Wouldn't be surprised to see legal action launched.

Good on Steve Morgan.

Good on Steve Morgan.

If a club that abides by the rules is damaged by those that blatantly don't, then the EFL needs to be sued.

I try not to get worked up about this now Leeds Derby & Vile are all"big clubs"and as we know never suffer and in the case of Vile seemingly untouchable with friends in the right places and allowed to do as they pleaseĀ  it stinks like an open sewer but what can we do it ain't never going to change money talks!!!!!!

It's surprising QPR and Bluse are not kicking up a stink as they have been "Victimised"

The problem is that the rules can be interpreted which means that if they sanction a club then that club could challenge and ultimately sue the EFL for the loss of revenue. This is the problem when they try to make rules that are ambiguous as FFP appears to be.
