With Ferguson now leaving, I wonder if we will now put a bid in for Bowen? The extra funds may just allow us to put in an adequate bid. I reckon he was our primary target all window, and others mentioned were just back ups. A very dangerous game to play leaving it so late if so. Typical Albion, mind.

Only we can make a profit in the summer, bid £10m for players on deadline day, then go into January selling more players and then say we're skint!

Only we can make a profit in the summer, bid £10m for players on deadline day, then go into January selling more players and then say we're skint!
When all said and done I don't have any problems with our business or spending this year. This squad has more than enough to get promoted just like it did last year. If we don't go up it will be a collective failure by the manager and the players who over the last few games are really showing what a bunch of big time charlies they are.
