That is a scary read imo. Our problems are deep and plentyful. I genuinely can't see how we stop up.
A DOF is absolutely essential as a start. Someone that can pull the management and recruitment together. We then need someone on the admin side to make sure our psr/purse strings are kept in check.
We have a huge summer changeover of players to navigate and that's whatever division we find ourselves in.
Patel really does need to sort this out and quickly.
