The Road Safety changes are welcome. Particularly overdue is the requirement for older drivers to have regular sight tests.

Must admit I thought the exact same about this. From very recent personal experience the re tests that allow people back on the road also need to be much more thorough. In fact it seemed to me like it was basically a service that is a bit bent.
