Why is it impossible to not end up with a clunk of congealed powder at the bottom of the mug, regardless of how long you stir the bastard for?
I'm bored of reading football Freds on this forum. Time to get back to food and drink topics.

Cuz you're using powder... That said put a spoon or two in, add water / milk, stir, add more powder, add more liquid, repeat...
Then again I love the clumpy bits..

If you're using hot chocolate powder mix it with cold milk/water until it's disolved then slowly add the hot milk/water while mixing.

Powder, small amount liquid and stir. Once it's turned into a lovely thick paste add the rest of liquid slowly. Same for instant gravy, custard, cornflour solutions.

I cooked an omelette with spring onions, onions, chopped cherry tomatoes, red pepper and sliced pepperoni. Nice 8/10.
