No argument to be had, your map is just wrong. Quite a few places to the west of that map that aren't included and should be.

It's wrong, the BC includes the area of the coal seams. i.e. it should be all of West Brom including Churchfield and The Hawthorns right down to Hamstead as this was where the collierys were.
Right about Wolvo though.
