Plenty of Companies House filings on share allotments, and allotment of securities (which aren't available to view yet), but no filing of the accounts. If they aren't filed by tomorrow, they are technically late.
As soon as they land, I'll be having a look - along with better analysts than me such as Swiss Ramble.
