Tonight’s dinner - Fulham Fallout - 06-11-2021
Slow cooked beef Massaman curry. It’s been in the slow cooker since 8am and the beef should melt in the mouth when we eat it. Cor wait.

Will add par boiled new potatoes, fine green beans and baby corn towards the end of cooking. Along with the Massaman paste went kaffir lime leaves, 2 lemon grass stems, 5 black cardamom pods, a cinnamon stick, sliced white onion, fish sauce, finely chopped fresh ginger and garlic.
