Met quite a few at rivals tournaments and down in The Vine before games and sit a stones throw from Old_Stroller at The Hawthorns.

must be back end of the 90s via rivals and this dump since nearly the beginning. was albiono I think and was banned a few time because I was young and mainly correct - a number of handles since then mainly due to ponner trolling - own up...

Spent my formative years on the new message board forums on the frontline over on Hawthorns Heartbeat from about 2001 - not like you ponners playing it safe in numbers over here
.I couldn't get used to the format over here at first and then someone pointed out I could have it in different styles and lurked around for a while. Always been Baggy1 and was even on the secret bored at one point
Couldn't be without this place now and am still trying to work out who's who with all the name changes. Even met a couple of you lot and look forward to a bored get together at some stage, but judging by the length of time most of us have been here we're probably all supposed to be shielding at our ages

Does anyone remember an email 'system' where individual messages were sent to everybody?
I reckon it must have been about 25 years ago!
Used to get my info from that, boing match reports, 'grorty dick', 'last exit to rolfe street' and a sports argus subscription that used to arrive two weeks after the match!

It might have been even earlier - I remember being really hesitant about the extravagence of ordering an isdn line to get it quicker. 10p a minute for the thrill of 9kb (NOT mb) speeds!
