8pm clapping - Cunninghamismagic - 04-23-2020

Best I've seen and heard around our neighbourhood this evening. Miserable buggers next door still haven't been out at all though.

All the usual ones out up our road. The ones who phone the emergency services all the time a couple of doors down never come out. Why is it the ones who need them most don’t seem to care. Mind you they are as thick as shit.

Out of 10 houses down our close, 9 households came outside. I wonder if the prog on BBC tonight asked people to go outside and clap or did they want to keep the viewers watching? Anyone know?

I'm way too self conscious and would love to leave it Mrs. Joad, but when all is said and done it's a small price to pay for an amazing service.

Had Stephen Fry & Prince William on doing a sketch with a 60 second countdown so yes they very much encouraged.

These things start with the best of intentions, but before you know it you get petty curtain twitchers getting pissy when others don’t join in. If people choose not to that’s their business.

Clapping really is the new poppy wearing.
