Would be very underwhelming putting a lot of pressure on a proper Fellows replacement.

Agree - realise we’ve been quite active in the market already and books have to be balanced, but replacing Fellows when he’s been sold so cheaply with a Villa loanee that’s had a limited impact in his last couple loan spells wouldn’t sit well.

Sadly I think with the window closing in a few hours, it’s unlikely we will see anything big happening.

That would be pretty disappointing considering Mason was keen on a bigger overhaul than expected hence why we allowed Fellows to go

I too would be pretty underwhelmed if Iling Jr is the only attacking addition - by all accounts his best football at Boro was at LB. I was hoping once Fellows was allowed out it was because we had our replacement ready like with Gilchrist/Furlong

Not even lunchtime yet lads, can we save the meltdown till at least 3pm?

It's remarkable how easily speculation becomes regarded as fact...

Charlie Taylor from Saints the latest rumour.

Maybe we're buying him to flip him to Ipswich. It's the new project.

Lewis Cox has confirmed IJ will be the only attacking signing of the day.

For me, we are massively short in attack.

It's going to be a long season if Dike/Bany/Maja don't get fit, quick sharp.

If that's true, think we'll be in for a left back, and with IJ that will be our business complete. It does feel like we're a right winger and forward light. Perhaps they've been unable to offload Cole....
