Me neither Aren’t work permits usually decided based on the candidate’s experience, salary and the impact of the role? I imagine United fishing on a much more expensive pool may help. Like complaining someone coming to run a Londis in Birmingham didn’t get a work permit yet the bloke running Tesco could! The criteria for an assistant coach will be much harder to meet, and in this case it seems that it was the goalkeeping coach who had the visa problem.
