I think it is rather sad that this thread has descended to a debate on Rod Liddle of all people.
But I disagree with his article. The people responsible for the appalling crime at Bondi beach are the gunmen who carried it out.
If we were to accept Liddle's viewpoint, then we would be entitled to point the finger of blame at people like him, for the murders that occurred at the mosques in New Zealand some years ago.
But Liddle and his ilk weren't responsible, the gunman who carried out those shootings was.
