Doing Wolverhampton 10km on Sunday, looking forward to it. Good to be back out again and running regularly.

What’s the course like? PB potential?

It starts and ends in the Mollyspew and I’d imagine the rest is rough too so I’ll need to be quick just Incase someone tries to steal my watch or something.

I’m not going for a PB though, those days are gone.

If you want a PB 10k course then Telford (usually second Sunday in December) must be one of the best. The first mile is so downhill it feels like it shouldn't count as a PB.

The Mic Morris Torfaen 10K in Blaenavon (near Pontypool) in July is good for PBs. 95% is downhill  Big Grin

I have my two fastest 10k times on it!

Scenic summer 10k

Here you go boys and girls - tough but stunning and now with slightly less tough 5k as well.
Along the Eastern flank of the Malvern Hills (Little Malvern Priory to Gullet Quarry - very much a trail run)

Malvern Joggers 5k & 10k - Malvern Joggers

How is everyone getting on with their training? I had my last long run on Sunday (20miles). Mileage will gradually taper off over the next few weeks though this week is still quite a high mileage one culminating in an unpleasant progressive 15miler on Saturday. Everything aches at present.

Life has very much got in the way recently, and Easter holidays aren't helping with the kids being off. Planning to get back out there soon though.
