Should make it clear. As far as I know I’ve never met Captain but the hints he’s given tally with what I’ve been told. Tried to get a response on favourite Bulls thread but he wasn’t biting.

I don't pay much attention to takeovers of other clubs, but I can't remember one coming right out of the blue, with no media coverage whatsoever. Either we are the masters of subterfuge or it's nowhere near close.

I don’t think ours is any different to other takeovers, we’re just much closer to the details. The likes of a Reading or Coventry takeover took several months also, we just weren’t looking for daily updates.
When things get close to fruition we will know. It’s a positive sign for me that it’s quiet. Noise usually only gets generated when there’s a mouthy bidder or a tyre kicker. Hopefully it’s a professional process slowly nearing completion.

I suppose with other takeovers we don't get to hear about them until they're done/almost done. The cryptic posts on here lead to a mouth watering conclusion but if you lads genuinely know summat you've kept it pretty low key. A lot of 2+2s and reading going on for me which has kept me entertained at the very least.

I knew about the first potential failed takeover as I was asked to quote for something but it never happened as it fell through. The potential owners at the time may have just moved 8.8m down the road. It was never made clear who the potential investors may have been at the time.
