He’s had a poor game but still wouldn’t bet against him going Superman.

I did say I don't like going too early, sorry Broncos fans  Angel

Incredible. Allen has got just under a minute to go down the field all 3 timeouts remaining.

OT. High quality postseason football.

Some bullshit calls to decide the game.

Josh Allen is never reaching a Super Bowl, is he?

Do you think so? Both made plays at the arm. They would have got them for rushing the passer on the first, more marginal, one anyway. I thought it was brave play calling risking the interception to get the flags. Allen is 0-7 now in OT.

Now to see if my season ends in Seattle.

The final penalty was without doubt, the one before looked dodgy. Even if they were called on rushing the passer they’d have been further back.

The pass interference was a 17 yard penalty. Roughing (sorry for putting rushing) the passer is a 15 yard penalty.

Meanwhile Seattle return the kick off for a TD ffs.

Hard to imagine we could have started this game any worse. 17 nil after 13 minutes.

Holy moly, Bo Nix broke his ankle trying to get a couple more yards on what would have been just a 40 yard field goal. Broncos are done.

CMC injured just before the half and that'll do it for another 49ers season crippled by injuries, 3rd year in a row.

RE: NFL 2025 season - Jacko - 01-18-2026

I've stuck it out to the end. Given the injury situation we've probably travelled further than we should have to even make post season. They need to sort out the DL in the offseason. Eagles must be kicking themselves. Over and out for me in this thread. 41-6.

Gutted but too many injuries in the end.

RE: NFL 2025 season - Protheroe - 01-18-2026

So Green Bay and now the Niners have become the first teams in history to have their seasons ended by injuries?

Jesus. How about the Lions having 16 starters on IR for two seasons in a row? Or the Commanders having to pick up people off the street to patch up their D?

Everyone has injuries. Seattle Starbucks look very good though - hopefully they'll match up with the Rams in the NFC Champ game for a face off v Patriots.

I can’t see a way in which the Broncos aren’t done. Shame really.
