Any news on us signing a CB? This could allow us to put Heggem LB and free up Styles to play as a 10. Of course, all the no.10s in the world aren't much use without a no. 9. That's the key to our season.

Not to veer off the topic of transfers but there is nothing to suggest Styles is a 10. He's played there for a grand total of 83 minutes at this level and overall in his career has made 33 appearances in that role providing just 4 goal contributions (all in League 1). He's a left mid or an 8.

Significant news from The Hawthorns this morning. 104 senior apps for Palmer and 2yrs+ as Albion No.1. Fair play to him, good move - for all parties imo. My understanding is #wba are in the market for an attacking midfielder prior to tonight's deadline.
