But, what kind of message does it send to our young players if we end up loaning in young players in their positions?!?!

Diangana is an exciting player to watch but needs to improve his end product, would be a good addition but can't imagine he's going to improve us massively.

"Don't worry, we won't be putting all the pressure on you to carry us for 46 games. It's a long season so you'll get the chance to play, but also the chance to recuperate"

Something like that?

It would suggest to me that Bilic thinks he's better than what we have and will strengthen us.

Send Leko on loan in the hope he learns from it.

Oh to be fair i'm sure he's a big improvement on Leko

RE: Unofficial ALL TRANSFER DEADLINE STUFF thread - Cuzer - 08-07-2019

Leko out on loan for the first half of the season, playing week in, week out is exactly what he needs, same with Field

Cuzer

Won't he be competing with Phillips though? If he played 17 times for West Ham last season I can't see them letting him drop down to warm the bench.
Very exciting player, different class to Leko and could have same impact as Barnes.

How many young players should we have playing in the team? It's not their age it's their ability. If they're good enough they will play, if not they'll be replaced with someone else. Got to trust the new manager on this.

A move to the Hawthorns is by no means a done deal yet and football.london understands that former boss Bilic got in touch with his former employers on Tuesday night asking about Diangana's availablity.

Any loan deal would include the option to recall the winger to east London in January.

The dreaded “Barnes Recall Claude” as it’s known

ANY prem loan has a Jan recall option.
