You seem to have a lot to say Derek, but you never seem to have any solutions. I don't know you, don't know what you do, but I'd bet a lot of money you work in the public sector and are completely unaware of how the world actually works outside that.
Change takes time, a far left party will never succeed either as there's no appetite for that and those are two things you don't seem to grasp.
The problems facing this country also are the same affecting many of a similar standing.
Agreeing with a parties solutions and then making excuses for them when they are proven to be flawed doesn’t make you anymore insightful than someone criticising those solutions. The double standards that those who have spent the past 14 years on here criticising the Tories, whilst offering no solutions of their own is astoundingly hypocritical. Particularly now that they have decided the new rules are you can’t comment or criticise the current Labour Party unless you come up with policies yourself.
To add to this I offered numerous things the Labour government could have done differently whether it was improving their piss poor messaging and communication, their woeful lack of understanding and consultation on disability reform, reducing the factionalism within the Labour Party that is now hobbling their ability to actually make a difference and has embroiled No10 is numerous avoidable problems etc.
Btw no I don’t work in the public sector unlike like a lot of those declaring how grown up and more intelligent they are on here. I guarantee that those who are arguing to keep the status quo when it comes to saying three more years under Kier and it’ll be ok, won’t be the ones in the sharp end of Reform’s potential government.
Oh and who said anything about far left ffs? This isn’t as I said previously 1997 the world has changed but Labour under Starmer and his former advisers seem to think you can look back to that time for the solutions, like the Tories continually looked back to Thatcher for solutions and each time they did, the solutions became more of a caricature of themselves.
Labour need to bring their party pack together, listen to both sides of their party and find solutions that they can agree with. Starmer has positioned himself in the opposite side of the party when he needed to be in the middle, because all he has done is splinter the left and centre left vote in the hope he can convince Tories and Reform voters to vote for him. They won’t… as the Labour Party will find out in the next few painful months.

When you have to rely on gaslighting as the substance of your post then you know you've lost. There have been not just plenty of solutions offered, but ones that actually were delivered successfully. You on the other hand want change without articulating what that change is apart from 'something else'. Cue, I'm just a fan on a football board.
You chose the path of insult when you repeatedly 'insult' people with your Centrist Dad comment. You're getting it back and will continue to do so until you pack in the insults and start to debate properly.

What gaslighting? Please list the solutions you’ve personally offered to either the Tories or Labour on this site, not just opinions but fully costed policies, that’s the parameters you have now set for anyone who disagrees with you. Others not just me have said how ludicrous that position is to take.
If you’re that thin skinned about the term Centrist Dad I’d suggest politics isn’t for you.

Yeah - asking for a name of someone to replace Starmer is really asking you for a costed out policy. Ahem no you did… if you want to look back at the conversations. I deliberately avoided responding to your posts or by username so we didn’t get into arguments, but you dragged me into them by name so I responded.
We will never agree on this… I would rather you were right for the good of the country but I suspect if Labour continue to alienate the left of their traditional support, and carry on long term with Starmer there is the very real and downright scary proposition that Reform will get in
