We took Ron Atkinson from Cambridge as a relatively unknown but up and coming manager. But he did inherit a talented group of players, unlike the current motley crew.

At some point we have to accept that this squad of players just isn’t good enough, no matter who is in charge. I doubt even (insert top manager of your choice) could get a tune out of this lot.

I'm no accountant, but I'm sure there'd be a way to structure the agreement so that the liability doesn't crystalise this season. I'd reckon he's the best bet to keep us up.

We can't possibly be serious about sacking Ramsey and appointing another manager.
That would mean that we would be currently be paying on our books for 4 managers and their coaching staff. We could I suppose have written off the last 12 months of Mowbrays contract on last seasons accounts, but given the psr concerns I doubt that option was take.
Plus how managers do we have to go through before we realise that the manager may not be the main problem.

Spot on ,this season we've lost a lot of talent from this squad and not replaced anyone them with better ,eventually it catches you up and if we don't go down this season probably next one will be as much of struggle .

I find it intriguing trying to dissect Mr Ramsay's buzz word bingo at the end of our latest disastrous performance. He uses the term 'this group of players' quite a lot rather than 'his team' or 'our team'. I maybe be trying to hard or is he using this terminology as he is distancing himself from them or they are not his group of players. So maybe the comments above about the team not being good enough and any manager would struggle to get a tune out of them etc might also be his opinion.

The total opposite of the utter bullshit our departed El Presidente wrote in his statement. Said how much we'd strengthened for the long term and bought players who's value will increase!
