RE: Running Clique - Midget In A Pinstripe Suit - 10-23-2022

Cheers, that’s the aim. Weirdly, I don’t think iladding distance will be too tough, once I’m up a hill it’s fairly flat for a good 5/6k, just whichever direction I head in has at least 1k of very steep hill. I noticed a route of Strava of someone doing 10 laps of one of the hills I run up, think he’s got TTITC training him.

Got 10k under my belt today in under an hour. Pretty happy with myself.

Where I am run have been stunning these last two weeks, both because of the weather and the autumn colours.

Not an organised one, just worked out a reasonably flat route that started and finished near my house. I’ve always shy’d away from organised running for some reason.

Ah OK - there was a 10K in Redditch today that I spectated, I wondered if you did that?

I live in Essex pal, never lived within 70 miles of the shrine!

Was at the Redditch 10k, only to watch my lad run though.

RE: Running Clique - Ted Maul - 10-30-2022

Made it through 18 mile this week. Biggest mileage week since May this year, including three months where I could barely walk up and down the stairs.

Hoping to hit 45-50 by Christmas and get some races booked in for the new year!
