Talking to senior staff for sure. All will have signed NDA's. If they see Carlos as the key asset, you can bet they'll have had plenty of discussions and he's probably very happy to sit and wait for things to develop. The minute that MSD loan was extended told you all you needed to know. Hopefully we'll be in safe hands by the end of Jan. I had heard we were already in exclusivity,not going to argue with the Perce though.
