Not many of those since Carlos left

Plus most of us are at a game then.

If only they invented mobile data

One of life's joys (in the days when we won matches) was a post-match scroll through a spectacularly doom-laden match thread, which gradually turned to joy as we won.

3-0 win.  Up to 9th but three teams below could overtake them in the next 24 hours.

He's certainly steadied the ship.

I'm really pleased for him but I think many of us will rue his departure for a long time to come. It will be interesting to see if he ever gets a crack at an elite club. I hope the Valencia fans have warmed to him now

5th in the 'form' table since he joined, I believe. Although it's nearly 20 games, so not sure it's classed as form!

Valencia are an elite club.

They’ve been to the Champions League final twice an won La Liga this century. They’re probably the Spanish equivalent of Spurs.
He could make them contenders.

That automatically makes your claim that they're the Spanish Spurs incorrect!

Logging on to an internet message forum is definitely what I look forward to most when heading up the match. Good times.

Valencia are absolutely an elite club. I remember us giving them, Mario Kempes and all,  a right going over in the UEFA Cup in the late 70's. It was all the papers/ local radio talked about for weeks prior, and after.

RE: Corberan Watch - Jacko - 05-10-2025

The loss of Carlos will be felt by this club for years if we get one more appointment wrong.

To think some wanted him sacked is mind boggling, utter stupidity.
