In short, I don't think so, although if you don't already have a team, it's as good a reason as anything else.
The Jacksonville Jaguars have been a basketcase for a long while, although they do have a good QB now, and are fringe playoff contenders.
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, which would be his local team, are stuck in the limbo of being an average team.
Miami Dolphins are very good at the moment, but probably not quite good enough to win the SB unless things go right for them.

Was just giving a quick overview of their current plights. The NFL is very cyclical, and teams go through good and bad phases pretty often.

Quite. My Team's bad phase lasted from 1957 to 2022.
Granted, some teams shoot themselves in the foot more often than not, and other teams have sold their soul to the devil to remain perennially competitive.
But in general, teams go through cycles every 5-10 years.

Lemar Jackson is basically a running back that can chuck the ball a bit. I'm just at the 3rd Q now, and the Ravens offensive line is so bad that he's not passing the ball (no time in the pocket) so he's basically decided he's a running back and to rush the ball every play.
As I type that he's just thrown a pass for a TD.

The new KO rule is a bit bizarre. I'm not sure why they don't just fuck the kick off off and teams just start on the 20/25/30 yard line. Every kick off is a touch back anyway, so that'd be more logical.
Oh, and as much as I bloody love Taylor Swift, we don't need to see her celebrating every single Kelce play. The game has nothing to do with her. I don't care about seeing her, and I'm a massive fan of hers. God knows how annoying it is for non-swift fans.

Jackson has been the Ravens' leading rusher for about the last 4 seasons. It's ridiculous.
Any predictions for the season anyone?
