Sometimes I genuinely think you have an opinion worth listening too. Then you post something like that.

Even Jack Straw & David Blunkett seem to agree with me, which is something I never thought I'd type.

Just checking you’re still with us lad. We’ve been haggling for a decade or more. I’m flattered I’ve once said something worthy of thought.

I said that Proth has gone full kipper a couple of months ago. Sad to see really.

Blunkett and Straw were the most right wing home secretaries in my lifetime. Further right than the Tory Home Secretaries. So I'm not surprised the 3 have some common ground.

Jack Straw grassed on his own kid for smoking weed.

Let.  That.  Sink.  In.

Just catching up on this, I see the intellectuals are here again, getting things wrong.

FAFO has it's roots in the 60's and 70's, used by the military and in biker culture. It has no ideological starting point and has been co-opted by both left and right as it has gained popularity in the last few years.

As alluded to in previous post gained some traction 2010 onwards: 4Chan - right; Reddit - left.

Mainstream: widely used by Dems during 2020 US presidential election warning about the consequences of ignoring progressives (lol by the way) - left; adopted by Proud Boys - right.

These hard right progressive liberals have a lot to answer for...

RE: Flag shaggers - Baggiejacko - 08-27-2025

What does FAFO stand for?

It was worthy enough that you're not on ignore like some people on this thread.

Even in a stupid world, there is a daily prize for Twattery.

a) I would definitely spend most of my time anywhere other than here if Farage holds the balance of power.
b) What? Are you insane? Michael Howard? Priti Patel? Suella Braverman?

Oh I see. Feck around and find out.

Hmmm, the military and biker gangs, wonder which way politically those two groups skew?

Tell me you don't know anything* about MC's without telling me...

As for the military, organisationally they are politically neutral, if you want to make sweeping generalisations about those serving, go ahead.

The point is it's not of political origin, just an edgier way to say the, also presumably not political, don't play with fire or you might get burned.

*is this another hard right saying? Best to check with you guys.

Oh ok I'm sure the biker gang culture of the 60's/70's was just harley loving hippies cruising around and spreading the love, probably nothing in common with say the hells angels at all. Maybe current day biker gangs/culture/MC's are more central but I have my doubts.
As for the military being politically neutral, was only a few years ago we had our brave boys shooting at targets of the current labour leader, and they weren't even sacked for it.
