Has one of the best goals per minute ratio of any striker in the top 4 leagues. Given that we've currently got 2 wide men as our 2nd and 3rd choice strikers, are 8 hours away from the deadline and are being liked with Frazier Campbell on a free, Charlie Austin would be one hell of a coup

I think that's just it. "If" he stays fit. We'd need to sign another to cover him. You cannot rely on Austion playing 46 games. If you get half that you've done well.
My little claim to fame would be I used to watch him play for Poole Town!

Austin for 20 games should be 20 goals in the champ. If Kenny can bag 12 or so then with our tigter defence and more potent midfield I'd feel quite good about things.
