I have had this thought. I think he'll have a wonderful career as a coach who can take over struggling clubs, helping them survive and then consolidate over the following season or two, while setting the foundations for that club to push on.
That is not a criticism, it's a tough job, but I think his organised and meticulous style doesn't lend itself to teams that want to win trophies or leagues.
I could be completely wrong, mind. Plenty of defensive and organised teams have won things!

I don’t see why not, he’s had top of the league form with multiple clubs. He took Huddersfield to the playoff final when they shouldn’t have been anywhere near it, then took us to the playoffs which is where we should have been. With the right team he’d win the league, but obviously that’s not going to be Valencia in La Liga
I also don’t think that Valencia to the champions league is that realistic in the context of the shit show behind the scenes

If Peter Lim pulls his head out of his arse and stops trying to wilfully destroy the club I don't see why they can't win anything, they're a huge club and have won the league, cup and a European trophy this century.
They'd be fighting for a European place if we extrapolate his results since taking over to a whole season.
