RE: The managerial shortlist - MrBater - 01-02-2025

If we're only shopping for current mid level Champ managers it shows a lack of ambition and future planning.

Go on point out our budgets etc...

How have you come to that conclusion?

Don’t believe all you read on ‘x’

The range of prospective head coaches will be vast.

RE: The managerial shortlist - Derek Hardballs - 01-02-2025

No one on here has a clue who is being short listed. Let the soap opera continue.

I'm hoping so, I was expecting some left field names to be linked, apart from Heitinga it's been run of the mill mid level champ managers.

I'm not even on X, purely get the names linked from on here and whatever my phone's throws at my newsfeed.

I'd prefer to think they are planning for appointing someone that fits a clear criteria. One such, among a number of factors required, MAY well be Championship experience. We are all just guessing.

Who would you like to see us linked with? Not being a dick, just genuinely asking. I'm not sure who we could tempt above that level that's currently available.

Not just Championship experience. It’s experience overall that we’ll look at and who that experience is with and how it worked

I’m just intrigued why people are doing mental gymnastics to argue Williams is a great fit, but have dismissed Eustace for example. Not seeing much difference in terms of achievements.

Putting them side by side I’d say Eustace probably has a better record.

Eustace is someone I hope we’re looking at or should I say is looking at us.

I don’t think he’ll leave BB though.

Lives in Sutton so you never know.
