Clarke Hunt owns FC Dallas as well as Kansas City Chiefs… he’s part owner of the MLS and NFL and the family has a net worth of over £15bn through historic oil wealth.

I get the Clarke Hunt link (although after what the Yanks did to BCFC I'm not so sure) but why has a 28 y.o quarterback with the Kansas City Chiefs been linked with the takeover?
Hunt is worth £2bn apparently...is this worth being owned by a C.Hunt? We have one of those now......

If this is true bit of an anti climax really as thought these prospective new owners were filthy rich net woth of both less than £3billion which isntcreally alot in terms of todays billionaire owners. Lai was rumoured to be worth £2billion and look how that turned out!. Mind you they will almost certainly have a proper and better business model planned for us than the current owners ,,,,,just thought we would be getting mega mind numbingly wealthy owners

£3 billion ay paynuts (just how many deca billionaires are there?) and if Lai's mob really did have £2 billion (and prepared to invest any it) that would have been a different bowl of chow mein.
